About our Fundraising Program
Our Fundraising Program is suited to fit any sized school, organization, business, or event! Our brochure has over 100 items for sale, including some of our most popular chocolate covered items, speciality gift boxes, candy selections, molded chocolate, and holiday favorites. Your fundraiser participants are sure to find something that they love!
We offer Online & Offline programs that feature paper brochures & order forms to help drive sales for your organization. Online fundraisers consist of your participants using their paper order forms to collect orders, and then submitting those orders onto our website and delivering their payments directly to the organization. Offline fundraisers (typically reserved for smaller groups) fill in their order forms and submit them to the organization with payment, and then the organization turns in the paper order forms to us for processing.
We offer two different delivery methods which go hand in hand with our profit share program. Our most popular delivery method is our Bulk Delivery program. We will tally up the total amount of products sold for your organization, and deliver all of the products to your organization for you to split up among the orders. Our second delivery method is our Individual Pack program. We will collect all of the orders and individually pack each one into their own box and deliver all of the boxes directly to you. All you need to do is get the correct box to the correct participant! Each delivery method has a corresponding profit share option for you to choose which is best for your organization.
Dunmore Candy Kitchen does not process any payments from your participants. All money from their orders will be directly delivered to you from the participant. At the end of fundraiser, we will send you reports on how much your organization has sold, how much each participant sold / how much they owe to you, how much money is owed to Dunmore Candy, and how much money your organization fundraised. We are also able to get you any of these reports at any time during your fundraiser, and answer any questions you may have along the way!
Our Fundraising Programs revolve around the Winter and Spring Seasons. We typically close ordering 3-5 weeks prior to a major holiday to ensure delivery dates.
